**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Order Desk Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders and supporting sales team as well as collaborating with warehouse coordinators.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answering incoming phone calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Greet walk-in clients, introduce products and answer their questions.
- Perform inside-sales related duties such as check stocks availability for clients, process clients’ purchase orders and issue invoices thru. NetSuite.
- Verify clients’ account receivables balances and collect outstanding balance from clients based on payment terms.
- Maintain bookkeeping tasks such as create Sales orders, invoices, credit memo and customer refund; record customer deposits, receive customer payments and enter vendor bills.
- Co-ordinate and assist with Sales Representatives to improve productivity and quality of customer services.
- Prepare daily sales report and analyze client and sale information to support sales management team.
- Support Warehouse Associate for inventory management when necessary.
- Maintain other office administrative duties.
**Requirements:**
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree
- 1-2 year’s experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Organized, detail-oriented, effective time management, punctual and reliable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced working environment as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with high energy/high sense of urgency
- Friendly, with the ability to work in a professional manner and in a professional environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
