We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate/ Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and delivering products to customers while providing excellent customer service. Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of items.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization within the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on deliveries and address any inquiries.
- Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving is essential.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed, including potential overtime during peak seasons.
Normal working hours are from 10AM - 6PM but may start/end earlier or later due to operational needs.
