As a growing clinic, we are looking for an energetic, passionate, and motivated Medical Aesthetician who is excited to be part of building a successful practice from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who has an eagerness to learn and enjoys performing advanced aesthetic treatments, creating exceptional client experiences, building strong client relationships, and contributing to clinic growth. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping generate new clients through excellent service, client retention, referrals, social media engagement, and community presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations & Treatments
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Medical Facials
- HydrafacialMd treatments
- Microneedling
- Skin rejuvenation treatments using advanced laser technologies
- Educate clients about treatment options, skincare routines, expected results, and maintenance programs.
- Provide exceptional client care while delivering a premium clinic experience.
- Follow up with clients and encourage treatment plans.
Laser Treatments & Technology
- Perform treatments using advanced aesthetic devices following clinic protocols and safety standards.
- Experience with advanced laser platforms is highly valued.
- Experience with Cynosure Lutronic Clarity II or Candela GentleMax Pro is a strong asset but not required.
- Strong understanding of laser hair removal principles, skin types, and safe treatment practices required.
- Training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates strong skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Skin Care products Alumier, Vivier, Skin Color Science and Zo Cosmetics will be an assesst
Client Growth & Business Development
As a new clinic, we are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to our growth.
- Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Participate in treatment videos, educational content, Reels, and Stories.
- Capture before-and-after treatment results with proper client consent.
- Help showcase clinic services, technology, and treatment outcomes online.
Clinic Operations & Patient Experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper equipment readiness.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and supply management.
- Follow infection prevention protocols, safety procedures, and clinic standards.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Medical Aesthetician diploma or certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical aesthetics preferred.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Laser hair removal
- Microneedling
- Medical facials
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Strong consultation and communication skills.
- Professional, confident, and client-focused personality.
- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and achieving client results.
- Comfortable working in a growth-focused environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
