The Role:
We're looking for an exceptional Account Operations Manager to join our growing remote team.
We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping both clients and team members succeed.
As an Account Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and their dedicated support professionals. You will oversee onboarding, relationship management, coaching, weekly reporting, meticulous note-taking, issue resolution, utilization, and overall client success.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Client Onboarding & Success
- Leading client onboarding calls
- Conducting deep-dive meetings
- Facilitating Meet & Greets between clients and support professionals
- Leading Kickoff Calls and ensuring a smooth launch experience
- Supporting clients throughout their journey
- Helping clients identify opportunities to better utilize their support
Relationship Management
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact
- Conducting regular client check-ins
- Addressing concerns proactively before they become larger issues
- Supporting client retention and satisfaction
Team Support & Coaching
- Supporting and coaching remote support professionals
- Providing guidance on communication, workflow management, delegation, and client relationships
- Helping team members navigate challenges and difficult situations
- Identifying opportunities for growth and development
Problem Solving & Escalations
- Investigating and resolving client concerns
- Gathering information from all parties involved
- Developing solutions that support both the client and team member
- Managing sensitive conversations professionally and confidently
Operations Oversight
- Reviewing account activity and utilization
- Monitoring service delivery and client engagement
- Preparing and sending client communications
- Maintaining accurate internal documentation
- Collaborating closely with leadership and operations teams
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in account management, client success, operations, project management, team leadership, or a related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and conversations
- Highly professional and reliable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
