Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency in project management software. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation.
- Prepare and analyze construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors while adhering to project budgets.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration with team members.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and progress reports efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines using construction management software like ProCore and Civil 3D.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid.
- Familiarity with project management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and construction management platforms.
- Knowledge of construction schematics and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or related fields are preferred but not required.

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
