Ever Changing Landscape Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hard-working Hardscape Construction Operator to join our growing team.
We specialize in high-quality hardscape and outdoor construction projects including:
- Interlock patios & driveways
- Retaining walls & steps
- Excavation & grading
- Outdoor kitchens & pergolas
- Hardscape & softscape design/build
We are looking for someone with experience in:
- Skid steer and/or mini excavator operation
- Fine grading & excavation
- Hardscape construction
- Site prep, layout, and grade
The ideal candidate:
- Shows up consistently and works hard
- Can handle long physical days outdoors
- Has machine experience or strong operating instincts
- Takes pride in quality work
- Wants to grow with the company
