Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct research using tools such as LexisNexis to gather property and legal information
- Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks across different departments
- Prepare and organize files, documents, and reports using iManage or similar document management systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property listings, client information, and transaction details
- Support the team with administrative duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Conduct interviews or communicate with clients, agents, and legal professionals via phone or email with professional phone etiquette
- Assist in preparing marketing materials or property descriptions with strong writing skills
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within real estate or legal environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent proofreading, writing skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with LexisNexis or similar research tools is a plus
- Experience with project management software or systems such as iManage is desirable
- Knowledge of legal drafting related to real estate transactions is advantageous
- Data entry skills with high accuracy; clerical experience is preferred
- Ability to handle filing systems effectively and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette for communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Prior experience conducting interviews or client interactions is beneficial
