Duties
- Conduct outbound prospecting via telemarketing, email campaigns, and social media to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads by assessing client needs and potential fit with our solutions
- Engage with potential clients through effective communication, emphasizing the value proposition of our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up actions within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Assist in developing and refining lead generation processes to improve efficiency and results
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads for further engagement and closing efforts
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development roles with a focus on lead generation or technical sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and technology sales environments
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for tracking sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to building relationships and solving client needs
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and industry trends
- Prior experience in technical or software sales is a plus
