Toke Cannabis is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Part-Time Budtender to join our St. Catharines team! If you're passionate about cannabis, enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, this could be the perfect fit.
Requirments:
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Must have Valid CannSell Certification
- Must have Reliable transportation (you'll occasionally complete local customer deliveries during your shift)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Budtender, you'll be the face of Toke Cannabis. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to educate, build relationships, and create an experience they'll want to come back for.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming every customer with friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Checking valid government-issued ID for anyone who appears under 25, ensuring compliance with AGCO regulations.
- Helping customers find the products that best fit their needs, preferences, and desired experience.
- Providing cannabis education and promoting responsible consumption in person, over the phone, and through online inquiries.
- Completing local customer deliveries safely and professionally.
- Staying up to date on new products, cannabis trends, and industry knowledge so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
- Keeping the sales floor looking its best by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Helping organize inventory, maintain the stockroom, report out-of-stock products, and participate in inventory counts.
- Following all company policies, AGCO regulations, and operating procedures to ensure a safe and compliant retail environment.

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
