Elysian Coffee is hiring a Store Manager!
You are the coach of the team and will be focused on supporting and influencing others to make the experience at Elysian awesome. You are there to take care of the team, and to work alongside others. The Store Manager plays a key role in setting the tone for the store - organized, energized and delightful hospitality.
You:
- Have high standards for operations, cleanliness, product and customer service

- Are curious & take initiative
The job:
- 70% people, 30% admin
- Operations & admin - 1 day per week: schedule, payroll, ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store
The details:
- Salary of $25 to start (40hrs / wk) + tip pool
- Full benefits after 3 months
