This position is primarily independent and requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leadership
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and internal communications
- Draft, review, and manage government and official documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of leadership as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff, external partners, and vendors
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Support day-to-day operations and take on additional administrative tasks as required
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Advanced computer proficiency, with strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new systems
- Experience preparing or handling official, regulatory, or government documentation is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and clean criminal record check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (or valid work permit)
