- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels for kitchen operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns regarding food.
Skills
- Strong experience in food preparation and cooking techniques within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proven ability in team management, with excellent communication skills to lead kitchen staff effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of food handling.
