THE OPPORTUNITY
New-Line is looking into a Northwest BC location, and we're looking for an exceptional Branch Manager to help bring it to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As Branch Manager, you'll help keep our customers moving by:
- Lead day-to-day operations, learn our product and what we do as a company
- Develop and implement strategies that support sustainable growth and exceptional customer service
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team
- Create a positive, engaged, and accountable workplace culture aligned with New-Line's values
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the local community and Northwest region
- Support existing customers while identifying opportunities to provide additional value and solutions
- Collaborate other branch leaders to support company-wide initiatives and goals
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve sales, gross margin, inventory, and customer service objectives
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional location
- Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and customer needs
- Manage team scheduling, vacations, and payroll approvals
- Ensure safety programs, inventory controls, equipment maintenance, and documentation are properly maintained
- Support succession planning by developing future leaders within your team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing people
- Has strong people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development
- Has a proven track record of leadership and customer-focused business success
- Is entrepreneurial, motivated, and excited by the opportunity to help establish a new branch location
- Possesses exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys learning technical products and applications
- Has warehouse and inventory management experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience using ERP distribution software and Microsoft Office applications (experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset)
- Is proactive and confident when addressing operational, personnel, customer, or safety matters
- Holds a valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
Experience within industrial distribution, hose & fittings, hydraulics, or related markets is considered an asset. Most importantly, we're looking for a leader who shares our passion for developing people, supporting customers, and building great teams.
