Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast menu items with attention to quality and presentation
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Prior food service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience with familiarity in various cooking methods and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
