Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a Commerce & Fulfillment Supervisor to support daily fulfillment operations, inventory movement, shipping workflow, and operational coordination across eCommerce and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Support and oversee daily fulfillment and shipping workflow
· Assist with inventory organization and operational coordination
· Support operational errands and carrier drop-offs using company vehicles where required
· Reinforce operational procedures and workflow standards
Qualifications
· Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, or operational experience is an asset
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with clean driving record required
· Must be insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
Work Structure
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mintink’s Vaughan location. Hours may include weekends based on operational needs.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
