Part Time Hours 10-30 per week Store hours are M - F 8:00-5:30 and Sat 9:00-1:00
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell related products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and participating in periodic stock counts
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently through engaging demos and explain features clearly
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- experience in a retail environment is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising
