We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Engage with customers, taking their orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
Experience
- 2 years previous cocktail bartending experience in the industry is required. Volume bartending preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is highly valued.
