Town Boys Painting is a growing painting company focused on quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. We work on residential and commercial painting projects including interiors, exteriors, fences, decks, soffits, and trim.
Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, filling, masking, caulking)
Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas
Clean and maintain tools and work areas
Follow safety procedures on job sites
Communicate professionally with crew members and clients
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements- Previous painting experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to lift ladders, paint materials, and equipment
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Punctual and dependable
Preferred Skills-
Spraying experience
Knowledge of prep and finishing techniques
Experience with residential repaint and exterior projects
Familiarity with Paint products.
