Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for completing various tasks on job sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Duties:
- Fabricating and welding (SMAW) of tank components to the highest of industry standards
- Out of position welding (SMAW)
- Reading and understanding drawings and blueprints
- Use of various tools and equipment under supervision (grinders, hydraulic jacks, etc.)
- General work with steel (grinding, buffing, oxy-acetylene use etc.)
- Participate in all daily toolboxes and safety meetings
- Working with the team to ensure a quality product is delivered.
- Must be physically fit and able to safely lift 50 lbs
- The work may require you to enter confined spaces
- General jobsite support

Safety Certification: (training can be provided, if required)
- H2S alive or awareness
- Confined space entry and monitor/or rescue
- Fall protection
- WHMIS 2015
- Class 5 drivers license
- CSA Steel toed boots required. All other PPE is provided.
