Job Overview:
Northstar Recreation is seeking a skilled and dedicated 310G Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side X Sides, and Power Equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a passion for motorcycle maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance on motorcycles, including engine work, brake systems, suspension, tires, electrical components and regular servicing.
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble motorcycle parts.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
- PDI – Motorcycles, ATV’s, Side X Sides, Jet Ski's, Outboard Motors and Power Equipment.
Qualifications:
- 310G Motorcycle Mechanic Trade Certification
- Valid M2 License
- Basic Computer Skills
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in motorcycle or small engine repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
