MRKT360 is looking for ambitious students and recent graduates to join us this summer as Commission-Based Appointment Setters (Door-to-Door).
This role is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build confidence, communication skills, professional experience, and resume value while representing MRKT360.
You will be speaking with business owners, introducing our services door-to-door, and setting qualified appointments for our team using our tools accessible with a smartphone. You do not need to close deals. Your focus is on generating interest and booking meetings. Our internal team handles the sales process and closes.
This role can be done from anywhere in Canada.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity for students who are motivated to hit clear activity goals and maximize their earning potential over the summer.
You will earn:
$1 CAD for every business card collected from a business owner
$50 CAD for every booked appointment that shows
$500 CAD for every appointment that converts into a sale
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for students who are ready to work for a door-to-door role, toward strong, realistic daily goals, such as:
Collecting 60 business cards per day
Booking 5 appointments per day that show
Contributing to 6 converted sales per month
These targets are designed to help students visualize what strong performance can look like over the course of a month.
Earning Potential Example
Based on 20 working days, your monthly earning potential could look like this:
Business cards collected
60 per day × 20 days = 1,200 cards
1,200 cards × $1 CAD = $1,200 CAD
Showing appointments booked
5 per day × 20 days = 100 showing appointments
100 appointments × $50 CAD = $5,000 CAD
Converted sales commission
6 converted sales × $500 CAD = $3,000 CAD
Estimated total earning potential: $9,200 CAD per month
This example is designed to help students clearly visualize the upside available through consistent performance and strong communication.
