Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and managing transactions in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and professional customer service
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and giving accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, food prep stations, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Hours: 30- 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 0 - 6 months
