Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete construction and restoration tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
- Perform masonry work, including bricklaying, stonework, and other related tasks
- Conduct renovation and restoration activities to improve or repair structures
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and durability of completed work
- Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction, masonry, or renovation projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and restoration processes is preferred
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in confined or elevated spaces
- Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation is a plus
