Farlinger & Associates Ltd. is a Canadian owned and operated civil construction company. We offer exemplary construction and maintenance services across western Canada and operate out of our office, in Sherwood Park, Alberta. As we continue to grow, Farlinger & Associates is looking for a laborer for out of town projects.

Experience: Minimum + one year of civil construction industry experience
Requirements
- Team player, willing to work with others
- Physically fit - strength and stamina
- Good oral communication skills and command of the English language
- Willing to learn new skills
- Capable of working with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of construction principles and safety procedures
- Willing to travel for out of town projects (including weekends)
- Access to reliable transportation
- Pass a required pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles
- First Aid, CSTS, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive tickets are mandatory
- Confined Space ticket would be considered an asset
This is an hourly position and rate will be in accordance with the successful candidate's abilities, skills and experience.
