Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beauty products tailored to their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase product benefits and usage techniques
- Provide expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty routines to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Upsell complementary products through effective communication and understanding of customer needs
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals
- Support front desk operations by managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience
Experience
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering responsibilities
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and product demos to educate customers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory levels

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
