The Role
We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both newly registered RMTs building their practice and experienced therapists seeking a new clinical environment.
RMT's Responsibilities
- Assess and treat clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes and client records
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners and other Registered Massage Therapists
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding treatment outcomes and rebooking
- Uphold clinic standards for professionalism, punctuality, and client care
Qualifications
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) — required
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and client-focused
