Where You’ll Add Value
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing is primarily responsible for executing marketing and communications programs, vendor relationship management, and review management for Morguard’s Residential portfolio, ensuring a high standard of program execution in support of defined business goals and objectives. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Marketing, this role will also be responsible for managing additional web assets such as the corporate website and property sites for non-Residential properties.
How You’ll Make a Difference
1. Marketing and Communications Programs
Collaborates with multi-suite residential business leaders and the corporate marketing team on the execution of marketing programs, ensuring consistent high standards are achieved. Manages performance metrics standards to demonstrate and measure the effectiveness of programs, events, campaigns and projects. Supports the rollout of national marketing programs in the residential business as required. Maintains awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape.
2. Content Creation
Works with business leaders and the corporate marketing team to deliver content for marketing and communications assets related to marketing programs across print, web, digital and social channels including, but not limited to, email marketing, content marketing, messaging and internal communications
3. Resident Communications
Works with multi-suite residential business leaders and the corporate marketing team to implement effective Resident communication programs to enhance tenant experience and engagement.
4. Creative services – Marketing Assets
Manages the production of custom marketing assets related to general programs, specific projects, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, websites, email marketing, signage and electronic displays. Manages content and revises messaging as required. Ensures all marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned to Morguard’s market position and brand standards.
5. Web / Social / Digital Content Management
Proactively manages brand presence and timely content updates across multiple websites and social media channels using established content management platform, process and protocols. Manages a comprehensive social media strategy and create relevant content that can be shared by all residential properties. Manage and measure digital advertising campaigns and monitor competitive campaigns. Stays current on emerging digital marketing trends and platforms.
6. Metrics
Measures and report on the impact of marketing efforts. Employ web analytics, competitive research, and tenant insights to establish performance metrics to support recommended marketing spend.
Any other job-related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.
Travel to residential and office properties in the GTA as required.
The Expertise You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Public Relations etc.) or equivalent experience
3 years related experience within the multi-suite residential real estate industry or related field
Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color & composition)
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of development, project management and implementation of communications programs across digital, social, web and traditional channels
Strong knowledge of Yardi, Office 365, WordPress, SharePoint, social media and digital platforms
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and practices

Annualized Base Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 CAD.
