Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Hours: Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday , 9 AM – 5 PM
Potentially move to full time after probation period
Compensation: $31.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work with insurance companies and government agencies to process claims and approvals
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in administration, customer service, or medical equipment is an asset
- Comfortable handling paperwork and liaising with insurance/government agencies
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
