Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Foreign Exchange Teller to join our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will handle currency exchange transactions, assist customers with foreign currency needs, and ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Currency Exchange Transactions: Process cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information on currency exchange rates and related services. himalayas.app

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure cash balances are correct at the end of each shift.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role; experience in foreign currency exchange is preferred.
- Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
