This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll gain broad experience across restoration and small reconstruction, with full training and certifications provided.
This is a 24/7 emergency response business, and as such, overtime and after-hours work will be required at times, especially during emergency events and on-call rotations.
This position also requires a high level of flexibility, as you may be asked to step into different roles depending on project needs. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to jump in, learn quickly, and support the team wherever needed.

About the Role
As a Property Restoration Technician, you will support a wide range of restoration and reconstruction services, including:
- Demolition and site preparation
- Contents handling, packing, moving, and storage
- Water damage restoration (extraction, drying, monitoring)
- Fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization
- Emergency response for flood, fire, and other property damage claims
- Small reconstruction tasks: drywall repair, painting, trim and door installation, and other finish work
- Preparing areas for abatement and specialized restoration work
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism
- Following safety procedures and company protocols at all times
- Participating in a scheduled on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies (overtime paid)
- Working in various environments, including tight spaces, at heights, and in all weather conditions
- Assisting with warehouse and shop duties as needed
Qualifications we are looking for
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Honest, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Construction, restoration, or small reconstruction experience (asset but not required)
- Health & safety training or certifications (asset)
- Ownership of basic hand tools (asset)
- Steel-toed safety boots
- No prior restoration or construction experience required, full training provided
