Vsmart Academy Daycare is a brand-new early learning center located in downtown Kamloops dedicated to providing a fun, nurturing, and curiosity-driven learning environment for young children. Our full-day daycare and afterschool programs focus on play-based learning, creativity, and early STEAM exploration, helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and strong foundations for lifelong learning.
We are currently seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and Early Childhood Educator Assistants (ECEA) who love working with young children and want to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and supervision for children in a licensed childcare setting
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Plan and implement play-based learning activities aligned with the BC Early Learning Framework
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s creativity through hands-on activities, storytelling, music, and outdoor play
- Maintain open and respectful communication with families
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive learning community
Qualifications
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or Assistant (ECEA) Certificate
- Interest in early childhood development and play-based learning
- Infant/Toddler or Special Needs certification is an asset
- Experience working in licensed childcare settings
Additional Requirements
- Valid Child Care First Aid Certificate
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
