Love & Help Heal is a youth-led nonprofit empowering young people to lead meaningful change in their communities, with a focus on care and wellbeing. What You'll Do
- Support the Executive Director with internal project coordination, follow-ups, and documentation
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, briefing notes, reports, and presentations
- Help track deadlines, action items, and key deliverables across initiatives
- Support internal communications and ensure alignment between teams and the Executive Office
- Conduct research or gather information to support strategic decisions and initiatives
- Assist with organizing internal and external events, workshops, or meetings
- Help maintain records, digital files, and organizational systems to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant and other team members to ensure smooth workflows
- Provide general operational support to the Executive Office as needed

- Willingness to participate in internal meetings, trainings, and learning opportunities
This is a volunteer role — no compensation is provided. Volunteers receive training, mentorship, certificates, reference letters, and verified hours in exchange for their contribution.
