Service Plus Aquatics is a commercial swimming pool and aquatic facility contractor serving Ontario since 1989. We specialize in design/build, restoration and repair, waterproofing and finishes, chemical automation, and facility management for commercial pools.
Location: Burlington, ON – On-site (407 & Appleby)
Position Overview:
We are looking for an Architectural Designer / Revit Designer to join our Design Division.
You will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models for commercial aquatic facility projects, working closely with project managers and the design team throughout the design and construction process.
This role is best suited to someone with strong technical drafting abilities, attention to detail, and solid hands-on Revit experience in a professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Produce Revit models (2D and 3D) for commercial pool and aquatic facility projects
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, details, and construction documentation
- Assist with AutoCAD drafting, revisions, and as-built updates
- Update drawings based on redlines and markups
- Prepare drawing sets for permit, tender, and construction purposes
- Maintain accurate and organized drawing files and project documentation
- Coordinate drawing revisions with project managers, consultants, and team members
- Support ongoing design and construction documentation requirements
What You Bring
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of professional, hands-on Revit experience (required)
- AutoCAD experience, including 2D drafting and revisions
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work within established drafting standards and workflows
- Strong communication and team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working full-time on-site

Position Details
- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- 40–44-hour work week
- On-site role only (Burlington, ON)
