What You’ll Lead
As a Lead Technician, you are the cornerstone of our field operations. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Quality Mastery: Overseeing and executing window washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing to the highest residential and commercial standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Team Leadership & Building: Mentoring junior technicians, managing on-site workflows, and maintaining an incredible team culture that makes people want to come to work.
- The Premium Client Experience: Acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and delighted with the transformation of their home.
- Strategic Service Recommendations: Identifying additional home maintenance needs and making professional service recommendations to clients to help them protect and beautify their property.
- Operational Excellence: Managing a premium Mercedes Sprinter, organizing high-end equipment, and navigating our CRMsystem to ensure seamless communication and job accuracy.

Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in labor, trades, or high-touch customer service.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "dependable-no-matter-what" attitude.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and the ability to provide a clean driver's abstract (required for operating our premium Mercedes Sprinter fleet).
- Technical Assets: Previous experience with pressure washing is considered a strong asset.
