4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Starting wage: $18.50/hour during the 3-month probationary period, increasing to $20.00/hour upon successful completion of probation.

About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both our administrative and clinical teams.
No two days are exactly the same.
Some moments you'll be welcoming patients and answering the phone.
Other times you'll be helping prepare treatment rooms, assisting therapists, folding towels, cleaning the clinic, or helping patients feel comfortable during their visit.
Everyone on our team contributes to creating the experience our patients know us for.
Responsibilities:
Patient Experience
- Welcome every patient with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments
- Process payments and direct billing
- Help keep clinic schedules running smoothly
- Ensure every patient leaves feeling cared for
Clinical Support
Under the direction of our physiotherapists you will:
- Prepare treatment rooms
- Apply and remove modalities including:
- IFC
- TENS
- Heat packs
- Ice
- Compression
- Assist patients with exercises when appropriate and directed
- Support clinicians throughout the day
Clinic Operations
- Laundry
- Folding towels
- Restocking treatment rooms
- Organizing supplies
- Cleaning treatment rooms
- Maintaining reception areas
- Keeping patient and staff washrooms clean
- Helping wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
