We're looking for a confident and organized Telemarketing representative to help connect with potential customers from various marketing methods, including booking free in-home water test appointments from Home Depot and other lead sources. You'll be the vital connection between our team and happy customers - scheduling visits, confirming appointments, and supporting daily operations.

- Excellent phone voice and communication skills
- Reliable and organized
- Must work Saturdays
- Comfortable with technology (CRM, Google Sheets, data entry, etc.)
- Positive, professional, and able to multitask
- Prior call booking experience

What You'll Do:
- Call and schedule appointments from various lead methods
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Assign and dispatch appointments to field representatives
- Support general office operations as needed
