Assistant Store Manager - Westmoreland and Gerrard Locations
Good Behaviour is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead each of our front-of-house operations across our Toronto locations.
This role is for someone who loves hospitality, leads by example, and knows how to create great guest experiences while building strong teams. We’re looking for an individual who can oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop staff, maintain high standards, and help drive the continued growth of the Good Behaviour brand.
What the role looks like:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Create a welcoming, positive, and memorable experience for every guest
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a strong team culture
- Build schedules and manage labour to support operational needs and business goals
- Ensure shops are clean, organized, stocked, and operating to company standards
- Monitor and maintain service quality, product presentation, and overall guest satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns professionally and help turn challenges into positive experiences
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
- Work closely with ownership and leadership teams to improve systems, service standards, and operational efficiency
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and product levels to ensure shops remain fully stocked
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve operations and guest experience
- Lead service by example and delegate whenever needed
What we're looking for:
- Previous management experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience managing teams and schedules is preferred
