About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MAS 9 Delivery Lead to provide delivery leadership supporting the migration from IBM Maximo 7.6 to IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate technical delivery activities, oversee a team of MAS developers, and act as the primary point of accountability between delivery teams and client stakeholders.
This role combines technical understanding, leadership, and delivery ownership to ensure successful execution of platform enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery activities supporting MAS migration and continuous enhancement initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to MAS development teams and cross-functional resources
- Coordinate delivery across development, architecture, testing, and client stakeholders
- Drive delivery planning, prioritization, and execution activities
- Identify and proactively address delivery risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
- Ensure delivery timelines and quality expectations are achieved
- Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Support release planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams
- Drive accountability and successful delivery outcomes across the team
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or delivery initiatives
- 3+ years of experience delivering IBM Maximo projects
- Experience supporting enterprise platform upgrades, modernization initiatives, or migration programs
- Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
- IBM Maximo / MAS environments
- Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Complex enterprise technology environments
- Experience leading technical teams or delivery teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving and highly regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Maximo 7.6 to MAS migration initiatives
- Experience within utilities, nuclear, energy, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with OpenShift, cloud platforms, or containerized technologies
- Experience leading multi-vendor or managed-service delivery teams
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications considered an asset
- Existing security clearance considered an asset
Eligibility and Security (Mandatory)
- Must be eligible to obtain nuclear facility security clearance
- Typical clearance processing timeline is approximately 3–5 months
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain site-access clearance prior to project deployment

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
