Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Technician who is passionate about providing exceptional service and workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, rooftop units, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and air conditioning units.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make appropriate repairs or recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson HVAC Technician Certification or equivalent experience (Apprentices in final year may also be considered).
- Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC experience in commercial or residential environments.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, air balancing, and controls.
- Valid Gasfitter (Class A or B) certification is an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
