Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Construction Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a range of tasks from patio building to basement framing, some site clean up and general help on turn key residential projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. We build roughly 60-70 homes a year garanteeing full time year round work.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Contruscting patios
- Interior framing for basements, showers & tubs, etc
- Fire Code items
- General Site Clean up
- A mix of all tasks required during turn key home builds
- Ability to complete tasks as a team or solo
- Trasnportation to and from sites
- Basic tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
Work Location: In person
