Role Overview:
As a Barista at Ivy., you’re not just making coffee — you’re shaping the guest experience from the very first interaction. You’ll craft exceptional beverages, maintain a clean and beautiful workspace, and contribute to a positive team culture. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all beverages to Ivy.’s quality standards (espresso, drip, teas, and seasonal specials)
- Engage warmly with guests and teammates, delivering outstanding service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and dining area
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Operate POS and manage transactions accurately
- Support inventory and restocking needs
- Follow all health and safety procedure
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience is required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
