What You’ll Do
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of East Coast Lifestyle—sharing our brand story, making connections, and creating memorable experiences for every customer. You’ll:
- Provide outstanding customer service with signature East Coast warmth and hospitality
- Gain hands-on experience in retail operations
- Strengthen your teamwork and leadership skills
- Thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Have opportunities to transfer to other store locations
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
- Build genuine interactions and meaningful relationships with shoppers
- Provide knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
- Help customers find the perfect purchase with confidence and care
- Share the East Coast Lifestyle brand story with pride
- Operate the POS system for purchases and payments
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual displays
- Keep accurate sales and inventory records
