Maintenance Technician – Property Management (Langley / Surrey / White Rock / Chilliwack)
Location: Various Properties Across the Lower Mainland
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + paid kms + monthly cell phone allowance

Are you a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for fixing, building, and problem-solving? We're a family-owned and operated property management companyoverseeing more than 700 rental units, and we're growing! Our Maintenance Division is expanding, and we’re looking for a hands-on, dependable, and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be our go-to person for keeping our properties in top shape — both inside and out. Every day is different, but key responsibilities include:
Suite & Tenant Maintenance
- Prepping vacant units for new tenants
- In-suite repairs and troubleshooting for occupied units
Building Upkeep & General Repairs
- Repairs in common areas (including exteriors and fascia)
- Deck repairs, door adjustments, and lock maintenance
- Drywall patching and painting touch-ups
Basic Plumbing & Electrical
- Leaks, toilet/sink repairs, outlet fixes, and light electrical work
- Basic appliance and range hood repair
Carpentry, Flooring & More
- Install laminate/tile flooring
- Minor window and sliding door repairs
- Caulking, dapping, and general carpentry
What You Bring to the Team:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Quality workmanship you’re proud of
- Bondable and able to pass a criminal background check
- Class 5 driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Willingness to commute. Paid mileage between properties when applicable.
- Knowledge of HVAC, generators, and boilers is a bonus
