About Our Client:
Our client specializes in the Life Sciences and Personal Care markets. They are looking for a Business System Analyst for a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Creating functional design documents (FDDs) and technical documentation
- Collaborating closely with D365 developers and functional business units
- Supporting system enhancements and customization initiatives
- Coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Providing process and system support related to D365 Supply Chain and Operations functionalities (e.g., sales order creation workflows
- The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain / Operations)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to commute onsite 3 days per week
- Background in Finance or Supply Chain
- Microsoft D365 certifications
- Understanding of D365 licensing structures
- Finance process knowledge
- Manufacturing industry experience is considered a strong asset
