Please note that this is a full-time temporary position scheduled from September 14, 2026 to November 27th, 2026. Depending on business needs and operational requirements, the duration of the assignment may be revised or extended.

Reporting to the Shipping Manager, the Store Technician receives, stores and prepares products for delivery to customers. The Store Technician monitors inventory and also participates in daily and annual inventory. He receives the products in the company store; he ensures the conformity of the products with the delivery note, then stores the products in the appropriate location. Lastly, the Store Technician assists the Order Picker in picking up products to be shipped to customers.
He performs other related duties as requested by his immediate superior, all in accordance with internal procedures and rules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Store 90%
1. Gather all the products needed for an order.
2. Ensure compliance, accuracy and organization of orders to be delivered.
3. Ensure labeling of items and bin locations.
4. Ensure compliance control of products received.
5. Ensure product availability and, if necessary, communicate with purchasing so that an order can be placed with the supplier.
6. Ensure control of product turnover, storage, cleaning and inventory.
7. Ensure receipt and verification of goods received.
8. Assemble and package products for orders.
9. Ensure the upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of store materials and equipment.
10. Assist the shipping and/or receiving department as needed.
2- Inventory 5%
1. Inventory Pre-Count. Count the quantities in each bin.
2. Count excess inventory.
3. Complete the document with the appropriate information, save the document and then affix it to the box.
4. Carry out the physical inventory.
3- Health and Safety 5%
1. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures as well as the application of occupational health and safety laws.
2. Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.

ACADEMIC ASPECTS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or vocational training.
- Good knowledge of French and English.
- Experience in shipping and receiving would be an asset.
- Wearing work boots is mandatory.
- The candidate must be in good physical shape (work in a standing or crouched position).
- A forklift license would be an asset.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
