We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-on Operations and Fulfilment Coordinator to support our growing business. This is a part-time, in-office position based in downtown Toronto, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable balancing technical tasks, inventory management, fulfilment coordination, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfilment ownership and coordination of end-to-end order processing
- Product assembly and preparation
- Inventory management and tracking
- System readiness and commissioning support
- Records and systems management
- Supporting operational processes across the business
- Assisting with customer and installer support as needed
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems (Debian considered an asset)
- Experience with SQL database systems (MySQL considered an asset)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS considered an asset
- Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN considered an asset
- Knowledge of computer hardware components
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment
- Zoho experience considered an asset
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting and movement of boxes and equipment up to approximately 20 lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, and standing
- Receiving and organizing shipments and inventory
- Comfortable using a manual pallet jack to move pallets and shipments
- Ability to work in a hands-on operational environment
Position Details:
- Part-time position with guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week
- Flexibility for additional hours based on business needs
- 100% in-office role located in downtown Toronto

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience:
