The Town of Peace River Community Service Department is looking for one (1) self-motivated and innovative individual to join our team at the Baytex Energy Centre as a Temporary, Full Time Labourer.
This position is responsible for daily operations of the Baytex Energy Centre. Responsibilities include ice resurfacer operation, garbage/recycle removal, janitorial, and snow removal.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Ice resurfacer operational experience (Zamboni) is an assest.
- Level 1 Arena Operators Certificate considered an asset.
- Be self-motivated and able to deal effectively with the public.
- Ability to effectively operate computer/programs as required.
- Works well with others.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings when scheduled.
Full Time • Temporary
Term: ASAP to
April 9, 2027
Hours: Shift work 40 hours
per week.
Wage: $25.33 per hour
