Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Store Associate to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar café or grocery environment in downtown Toronto and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks across our operation.
Responsibilities:

Operate espresso and coffee machines; prepare and serve customized drinks and coffees

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

Assist with grocery stocking, merchandising, and general store upkeep

Support the hot food counter team during breakfast and lunch service

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (café, grocery, or food retail) in downtown Toronto

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (no night shifts)

Barista or coffee-making experience required

Cash-handling and POS experience preferred
