What You'll Do
As our Registered Chiropodist, you will provide comprehensive foot and lower limb care including:
- Comprehensive biomechanical assessments
- Diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions
- Routine foot care
- Diabetic foot assessments and management
- Ingrown toenail treatment
- Corn and callus management
- Wart treatment
- Nail procedures within scope
- Wound care
- Prescription and dispensing of custom foot orthotics
- Footwear assessments and recommendations
- Patient education and preventative care
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Collaboration with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- New graduates are welcome to apply
