Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer phone and email inquiries promptly, helping farmers, mechanics, and dealerships find exactly what they need.
- Parts Sourcing: Search our extensive parts catalogues and inventory systems to locate tractor, combine, and forage harvester parts.
- Order Management: Prepare work orders efficiently so our yard and shipping teams can pull and prep items on time.
- Transactions & Logistics: Collect customer payments and arrange shipping methods when required.
- Shop Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shared workspace (including light cleaning duties like trash removal and floor sweeping).
- Teamwork: Assist with special inventory or yard projects periodically as a team.
What You Bring:
- Experience or Ambition: Previous parts experience is a major asset, but we are fully open to a career changer who is driven to gain the agricultural and mechanical knowledge.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and motivated to learn our specialized inventory system.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Location: Must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Irma, Wainwright, or Hardisty, AB area.
